Beautiful day today! So I went outside to enjoy my backyard for lunch. I believe it’s a falcon landed on my tree. The bird stood proudly until I saw a baby squirrel. The bird was trying to catch his lunch too. Flew over my head back and forth. This ordeal lasted quite some time. Baby squirrel was exhausted hiding. The bird gave up circulating and left without a lunch.
Summer is almost over and Fall is right around the corner.

During quarantine, I finally met my daughter’s friend, Gilbert the lizard and this fella lives in our backyard. I thought this tiny lizard is very colorful. I pulled my close up lens to check out details. What a nice color around the eyes, isn’t it! I must say I have a new hobby now. Waiting for more lucky moments to capture all my backyard friends. Except no Snake please!
